What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, role, company, work email address, approximate addressable spend, timeline, categories of interest, and any notes you write.
We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third‑party advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
We collect this information for one reason: because you asked us to get in touch. We use it solely to:
- Reply to your inquiry and discuss whether V3 Associates is a fit for your needs.
- Prepare for the initial diagnostic conversation you requested.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to any newsletter or drip campaign.
How long we keep it
We retain your inquiry for as long as it remains relevant to our working relationship, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
How we store it
Your submission is delivered to us by email via the FormSubmit service and stored within our standard business email systems. We apply reasonable and proportionate safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct any information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information from our records.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the rights granted to you by GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
